Rules to Be Observed During the Reception

• The reception is organized at the administrative building of the Fund.
• Reception of privileged individuals is organized outside the established schedule.
• In the absence of the responsible official, the reception of citizens is conducted by another authorized person performing his or her duties.
• If the reception day falls on a public holiday or a national day of mourning, the reception is rescheduled to the next business day.

Reception of citizens is organized only on the basis of a prior application. Individuals wishing to attend a reception may register by visiting the Fund on weekdays from 09:00 to 18:00 or by completing the application form on the official website. After the applications are reviewed, the citizens are contacted and the date of reception is determined.
